Product Description
Bolt Roller Spring Clip (the part that holds the rollers to the bolt / new production):
Installation Notes:
Depending on the post, trim the tips as necessary using wire cutting pliers. Trim at sharp angle so the tips are easier to tuck in. Usually you’ll never need to trim more than 1/16” from each end. Most of the time you won’t need to do this but you may have to if the tips touch too closely during installation.
Push the roller over one of the tips then use a sharp tool to tuck the wire into the slot while applying constant pressure on the roller. Basically tuck the wire in on one tip the work the wire into the slot around the diameter of the post using a sharp blade. I’ve found a retractable box cutter or dull scalpel the best tool for this.
