Product Description
Stemple Takedown Gun (STG) 34k
The STG34k features a simple, smooth-running blow-back system similar to the Suomi M31 which yields a cyclic rate of 750 rounds per minute. This setup is assembled using a Stemple 76/45 receiver, newly manufactured Stemple-compatible parts, and an MG34 fire-control with the same select-fire trigger system. Selecting semi or fully-automatic fire is simply done by moving your trigger finger to the top or bottom of the 'W' shaped trigger. Pulling the upper 'E' position on the trigger enables semi-automatic fire; pulling the lower 'D' position enables fully-automatic fire. These are ‘takedown’ systems of interlocking subassemblies that can be easily attached to and removed from the 76/45 receiver.
Parts and Accessories Included With Each Gun:
- Foregrip
- 2 drums
- 1 magazine
- Multi-tool
- Spare buffer
- Setup: Short/Fixed stock setup with rubber pad and 10.35” stainless barrel with aluminum rail pattern shroud
Transferable
In 2003, the original inventor, John Stemple collaborated with BRP Corp to make new and replacement parts for the Stemple 76/45 receivers he manufactured prior to the 1986 cutoff. From this came a series of compatible drop-on parts for the unmodified/transferable Stemple 76/45 receivers known as Stemple Takedown Gun (STG) setups. Since nothing is welded or hand fitted to these receivers, changing setups and replacing parts is fast and easy. These are the most finely built and smooth running sub-machine guns on the transferable market. We build them for performance and durability, stock plenty of high-quality spare parts, and provide excellent service. There is only a limited number of these pre-1986 registered/transferable machine guns remaining, so get one while they last.
If you are going to buy a transferable machine gun for some serious shooting, you should consider the Stemple Takedown Guns for these reasons:
They are ‘new’
Well, the receivers are nearly 40 years old but the Stemple Takedown Gun (STG) setups are complete new parts packages installed on unused pre-1986 transferable Stemple 76/45 machine gun receivers.
Simple / Durable Design
Our guns are very difficult to break and very easy to fix. They are simple blow-back guns and very smooth-running in long full-auto bursts. Some of our customers who own the 9mm guns liken the full-auto performance to a laser beam.
Customizable
By using Picatinny rails (MIL-STD-1913) for sights and hand guards, shooters can add a variety of accessories and optics.
Easy-to-Replace Parts
There’s nothing on these guns that can’t be easily replaced. We designed this system to protect the registered receiver from any wear during use. The only parts that can wear can be easily replaced without the need to ship the gun back and forth.
Available Service
If you need service, we are here to support our products.
Shoot Cheap Ammo
We typically just shoot steel-cased ammo. Our milled steel trunions easily deal with potential wear issues from any type of ammo.
Capacity and Control
These guns use 70 round drums and are smooth cycling, heavy, accurate, and comfortable to hold. It's basically an assault rifle with a sub-caliber setup... a very controllable and accurate gun in full auto. It's so smooth due to the weight, layout, and action; you can actually watch your target being hit through a 4x scope while shooting long bursts. The 'laser beam' performance of this gun makes it one of the most enjoyable full auto guns you'll ever shoot.
Can't Get Too Hot
These are ideal for machine-gun shoots. The low-pressure pistol ammo cannot create enough heat in the barrel to cause a malfunction or damage the gun. There's no gas system to clog, and the open-bolt system negates any cook-off risk.

The STG-34 is a beast and I love it.
The gun is amazing as is Brian's customer service. I had some small hiccups with the form 4 process and Brian was on top of it to get it sailing through. It only took 3 months! The gun is so friggen cool. It's built to last for sure. Brian is thorough answering any questions and giving advice. I know I was some what of a pain in the but probably but Brian's service has me 100% satisfied as does the stg-34k. He tweeked the barrel thread specs at my request, the mag housing finish, and other things. Stuff he really didn't have to do. I would be confident buying from Brian any time. The STG-34 is a beast and I love it.

STG 34K
I bought my 34K last year and it has performed flawlessly. I was a first time full auto buyer and Brian at BRP was fantastic about answering all of my questions.

STG34K
You will really enjoy shooting this SMG with the unique select fire trigger offered by the MG-34 setup. Switching back and forth from SA to FA is fast and efficient since no lever or switch needs to be moved allowing the gun to remain on target. There is no barrel recoil climb during long FA bursts and the gun easily stays on target unlike other available SMG's. Both men and women have commented after shooting a 70 round drum how controllable and fun the shooting experience was. My daughter is an avid machine gun shooter and proudly owns this weapon. I shoot my gun extensively, and even after many rounds and with the action extremely dirty, the gun has never failed to function. I would estimate I have over 40,000 rounds fired with only minor ejection port finish wear evident. From my shooting experience you can shoot this gun extensively without any significant wear, making it a very desirable transferable gun, not only an investment to look at in the safe. I recommend the STG34K and the other fine BRP gun as an excellent choice for functionality and durability in a SMG that provides strong confidence when shooting an investment type gun that its associated value will not be compromised due to wear or malfunction damage.
