These items belonged to John R Stemple as part of his experimental inventory. This is a setup he develop in the early 1990s. The rifle is a Chilean Mauser in 7.62x39 and JRS made some extra heavy 190gr bullets to develop a subsonic load... basically 300 BO before 300 BO existed.
