In 2003, the original inventor, John Stemple collaborated with BRP Corp to make new and replacement parts for the Stemple 76/45 receivers he manufactured prior to the 1986 cutoff. From this came a series of compatible drop-on parts for the unmodified/transferable Stemple 76/45 receivers known as Stemple Takedown Gun (STG) setups. For these receivers, we make compatible bolts, barrels, shrouds, stocks, mag housings, and fire control groups. The end result is a versatile, customizable, and durable SMG platform.
The STG34 Universal Fire Control Group is a newly-made alternate trigger pack setup that's compatible with all U9, U9SF, and U45 Stemple Takedown Guns. The select-fire trigger system is based on the MG34. Selecting semi or fully-automatic fire is simply done by moving your trigger finger to the top or bottom of the W-shaped trigger. Pulling the upper ‘E’ position on the trigger enables semi-automatic fire; pulling the lower ‘D’ position enables fully-automatic fire. Compared to the KP31-based fire control group, the grip and trigger is shifted approximately 2" closer to the mag housing making it more balanced for stand-up shooting. It is also slightly heavier due to the all-steel construction.
Providing top notch service and support has been key to the success of this product line. To ensure we can support these for the foreseeable future, no surplus parts are used in this assembly. All of the trigger parts are newly made so we have a ready supply of high-quality replacement parts when needed.
